Snow Grievance(s) update 3/18/2008

These grievances are for ALL offices under Branch 43 jurisdiction.

There has been 5 grievances filed concerning the March 8th Snow Day.

1. Employees who worked partial day.

2. Employees who did not report to work.

3. Employees who were to work their non scheduled day.

4. Safety – Employees instructed to report to work in lieu of a Level 3 Snow Alert.

5. Safety – Interpretive of what is a Level 3 Snow Alert.
